Due to the nature of our products and to maintain quality assurance, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Damages and Issues

Refunds for Approved Cases

In the rare event that a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
